  • GCSE Results Day 2016

Ecstatic students and staff at Upton Court Grammar School celebrated GCSE results day on Thursday 25 August with the school’s best ever percentage of GCSEs awarded gaining A* or A. Overall, 99% of students gained A*-C including English Language and Mathematics, with a third of all students entered gaining eight or more A*/A grades.

Success in GCSEs places students one step closer to their dream careers, and following the issuing of results students enrolled for their A Level programme, and will pursue the new style A Levels after the government’s reforms in Further Education.

Upton Court Grammar School Principal Mercedes Hernandez Estrada said “Results have been stunning and well deserved. This is what happens when students and staff display such talent and hard work.”
